We produced this entertaining video for Quidco, about people who are ever so slightly too into their hobbies. At least they're happy!
We collaborated with Don't Panic to produce a film for lastminute.com.
Acting as researchers, we went out and asked 12 members of the public to take part in our study where we scan their brains for memories. We then tried to pay them to let us 'delete' these memories. Their reactions were priceless.
We collaborated with agency Ichi Worldwide to bring this informational video on their brand new tech the PlayLink for PS4, to life. Over two days in a magnificent location in East London, a select group of actors got to test run the tech, and we got to film it.
We recently worked with agency Wunderman UK to make this short piece with real contributors sharing the best piece of advice they've ever been given, for Legal & Genearl. We worked with people of all ages in their natural environments over a two-day shoot. The final film has garnered 80,000 views in two days and counting...
On June 30th, after three and a half years work, we were really happy to have the world premiere of our feature length documentary The Penalty at the East End Film Festival. We sold out all of our tickets in half an hour, so they twice had to allocate a different screen to accommodate the demand and it was a great night. We were joined after the film by Amnesty International, Reprieve and the Death Penalty Project to discuss the issues presented in the film. Thanks to everyone who came out and we're really excited to be bringing the film to a location near you soon.
On the day that Donald Trump took office in the white house, many people across the world came out on to their local bridges to say "Build Bridges Not Walls". We were out in force that morning in London with 16 camera people to turn around a super quick edit for social to show how we feel. The film has been viewed over 400K times on facebook, twitter and vimeo.
We always love working with Santa, he's a lovely fellow and a jolly good laugh. For ecological campaign group 1010 we worked with him to show how easily heat can escape your house and give a few tips about how to stay warm this christmas. We hope you enjoy and remember to be nice this christmas and do what's right for the environment and your wallet. You can find out more at 1010uk.org
We worked with a group of young people from multiple galleries around London to make a film about archives and how we use the internet to build archives of our lives. We worked with the group for two days, planning and filming and then we edited it all as a team and we're really happy with how it came out. We think we were really able to delve in to the questions of what people do and do not put online and why.
You can go and see the work at Tate Britain until the end of the year.
We were delighted to head out to France to make a film for Sony Professional at the Paul Ricard racetrack to show how Sony have been helping to improve the track, it's camera systems and fan experience. As fans of cars and camera's, it was a pretty nice shoot to be on and we got some great drone footage of the cars in action.

Wally is in London. But where? Head to The View From The Shard to spot Wally in and around London until April 10th. We made this film for The Shard and Dreamwork to celebrate their current promotion.
We made this film for agency Wunderman UK about Sebastiano Galazzo, a programmer from Italy who travels the world for work building apps, designing robotics and doing photography. The film highlights how Uber works seamlessly on Windows 10 and Sebastiano uses the combination as the perfect travelling tool.
Happy 2016!
We hope you had a very merry festive period. Here at Reel Nice we enjoyed some time off and have returned to the office with gusto, ready to grab 2016 by the horns. Our death row feature documentary The Penalty is in the edit, and we're jumping into development on lots of other projects for TV and online. To that end, we're looking for some energetic and enthusiastic interns to come and work with us for anything from one day a week to full time for a period.
If you're interested in coming to join us for a while, get in touch with our Producer Laura at laura@reelnice.co.uk.
Amazingy, Santa Clause was spotted from the viewing deck of The Shard. Luckily a visitor happened to catch it on his phone and in another video, Santa can be seen from Borough Market. Head over to The Shard's facebook page to take a look.
We really enjoyed working with Don't Panic again to produce three films for Channel 4 Shorts called Young And Minted: I Won The Lottery. Presented by Olivia Lee, each film meets a young person who won the lottery in their teens and see how they've enjoyed their spoils. The films have been hugely successful on 4 Shorts platform.
On Tuesday the 25th of August and man calling himself Oliver Woodbridge hired a Canon C300 and 4 Lenses off of us. Oliver isn't his name and he had fraudulently acquired insurance as well as providing us with a series of faked documents and drivers license. Obviously as a small company, this is devastating to our ability to keep making the stories that we are dedicated to, ironic considering so much of it is to do with criminal justice reform. As he acquired the insurance fraudulently, we aren't in a position to be able to claim on any of the stolen equipment, leaving us £15K in the hole and without the gear that we've spent the last 5 years building up.
Below is a picture of the perpetrator and a list of the camera equipment stolen with serial numbers. If anyone has any information, please get in touch with will@reelnice.co.uk

We've been filming Damon for two and a half years for The Penalty. We first met him 7 months after he'd been released from Louisiana's death row in Angola when DNA proved he was innocent after 16 years. We have witnessed him meet a wonderful woman, get a job he loves and today setting off to his new life in California. We couldn't be prouder of him. Bon voyage Damon and Veronika!! We look forward to sharing your story with the world.
We're delighted to be working with the Tate Collective, a group of young artists at the Tate to make some films to be used as part of an educational program run by the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The films will be available through MoMa Teens to educate young people all over the world learn about art.
We produced this film for The View From The Shard to show all of the things that they'd been up to in 2014
