Mark & Will founded reelnice in 2008. They met working at ITV and began a partnership working on digital video projects. 

We’ve always had a small, dedicated core team and we like it that way. Alongside us we have a large, trusted pool of freelance animators, editors, specialist camera operators, gaffers, make-up artists, designers and script writers that we work with to make sure every job is done right.

Mark Pizzey

Mark is a director who specialises in short form documentary films that have real people in them. He likes working with people, has lots of contacts and a brain filled with creative and practical knowledge from his 20 years experience working on film, television and video projects. 

Anna Pizzey

Anna is a producer, organiser and designer who specialises in making sure everything is planned and runs smoothly but also ensures the production looks fantastic at the same time. She is a creative with a visual brain and crafting skills which add polish to all our projects.  

Will Francome

Will is a self-shooting director, camera operator and editor who specialises in documentary film-making. Will moved to NYC in 2017 and alongside continuing to collaborate on reelnice projects is now working on many film and television productions in the US, especially for UK based production companies.
